Each QR code carries the guest or ticket details. At the entrance, staff scan from a phone, confirm who is allowed in, how many people the QR covers, and whether wristbands, food, seats or access have already been collected.

These are starting guide prices only. The final price is confirmed after the client explains exactly what they want.

QR access can control more than entry

For paid events, private invites or limited-capacity functions, the QR code can carry the exact entitlement: how many people are covered, what they paid for, what they can collect, and what is still remaining.

Multiple tickets under one QR

If one person buys 4 or 5 tickets, the scanner shows the gatekeeper how many people are covered under that buyer’s QR code.

Plus-one invite rules

If the owner allows a +1, the guest selects it on the form and the QR confirms whether one or two people should enter.

Wristband collection

After wristbands are fitted, staff confirm collection. If only part of the group arrives, the remaining tickets stay under the same QR.

Food and seating counts

Accurate guest numbers help the owner plan seats, meals and access areas so people are not left without food or space.
